Releasing the guilt of when I did not put myself first and was not able to say no (sexually and everything else when in an interracial relationships, for fear of abandonment and looking angry) and in relationships but also to my abusive family.
I feel ashamed and guilty for not putting myself first.
But now slowly getting myself together and releasing that trauma and having more compassion for “that girl)
