Surrender to Self Love

When our life experience has been dominated by pain, its hard to trust others, our Higher Power, ourselves. This mistrust makes us vulnerable to the insanity of trying to control  everything. Many of us are so used to suffering that it feels hard to open up to wonder of what it means to be human.

In this podcast, I talk about the power of surrender. Surrender is when we allow ourselves to take small loving actions to self nurture even when it feels uncomfortable and we’re afraid of the outcome.
